Shantell and Channel are the voices behind their brand identity known as NelTel. They are identical twin sisters, born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. More than sisters, the two are both mothers and best friends. The dynamic duo used their harmony to form a joint venture in business together. The pair has worked a great deal within the retail sector ranging from high end retailers to fast fashion. Their knowledge holding leadership roles within these organizations led to the creation of their podcast. The two sought to bring forth their take on leadership and driving teams. Once “nelteloneverything” began to pick up motion so did the areas of conversation. The twins dive into their lives as mothers , work/ life balance and now life as entrepreneurs.
